- Wrong Size/Product: Incorrect item or size shipped.
- Quality Issues: Material flaws (e.g., stitching defects, color bleeding).

- Our team will review within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, a return/replacement code will be issued.
Step 3: Return Shipment
- Suidhagga will pick defective product to its store.
- We shall use courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Post ex).
- Customer bears return shipping costs, except for damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.
Step 4: Replacement/Refund
- Replacement: Subject to stock availability. Processed within 3–5 business days post-inspection.
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, socks, and accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts).
- Customized/personalized products.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
5. Special Cases
- Damaged During Transit:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a pickup.
- Lost Packages:
- Contact the courier directly. SudiDhagga.pk is not liable once the order is dispatched.
